Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days.
  • Delivery Time: 2-5 business days for USA orders. Most non US orders arrive within 5-10 business days, but can take up to 15 days due to customs.
  • Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details once your order ships.
  • Address Accuracy: Ensure the shipping address is correct. We cannot make changes once the order is processed and are not responsible for incorrect addresses. You will be responsible to the consequences of providing incorrect address.  
  • Returned Parcels: For parcels returned due to incorrect address, unpaid fees, or being unclaimed, contact us at to arrange redelivery if possible. You may be responsible for all additional costs.
  • International Returns: Customers are responsible for international shipping costs and customs fees, which will be deducted from the refund.
  • Lost/Damaged Shipments: Report any issues within 7 days of delivery to We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after delivery to the address by the shipping company / courier.

Risk: Risk passes to the customer upon delivery confirmation to the address by the shipping company / courier.

Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail or SMS. This means that we have received your order in our system.

Order Shipment:
We offer free, fast shipping to all U.S. orders.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipment including your tracking number(s) so that you can track your shipment online.


Your parcel will be delivered to the shipping address you specify at the time of purchase. TempraMed is not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect or inaccurate addresses. If your order has already been processed then we can’t make any changes to the address or change the course of the parcel. If this does happen, TempraMed won’t be able to send you another parcel or make a refund.


In the event that a parcel is returned to TempraMed for various reasons including, non-payment of fees, duties or taxes, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, you will need to email to arrange redelivery and may be responsible to pay for all postage costs.


Delayed, lost or damaged shipments are not the responsibility of TempraMed. Upon delivery of the products, you must inspect the products for any shortage or quality issues. You will be deemed to have accepted the products upon delivery and waived the right to make any claim unless you notify TempraMed in writing within 7 days of receiving the products to If TempraMed have provided you with more products than what you ordered, you must also notify us and we will arrange the returns (we will bear the shipping costs).


Risk in the products will pass to you upon confirmation of delivery as provided in the local transport courier’s tracking system. TempraMed is not responsible for lost or stolen product parcels that are delivered to the address provided during checkout. In the event that the product parcel is lost or stolen, you should contact the transport courier or local authorities for resolution. We strictly will not send you another product parcel or process a product refund.


Any complimentary product that is sent by TempraMed will not be eligible under TempraMed’s return policy.


All delivery times quoted to you are indicative only. Products may be delivered in one or more parts. To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third-party.


All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays and any other delays caused in circumstances that are outside of our control.

 Any additional fees, duties or taxes for the clearance of the shipment are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Defective products are covered by our limited end user warranty. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately we can’t accept the return of used items .

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
