We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@tempramed.com with your proof of purchase . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Terms of Service for VIVI Cap Premium Protection Plan

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Defective products are covered by our limited end user warranty.

Coverage Period
The Premium Protection Plan coverage begins on the date of purchase and extends the standard warranty by an additional 1 year

Repair & Replacement Plan
During the coverage period, TempraMed will replace, at its sole discretion, a faulty unit. To return the faulty unit, please contact our customer support through any of our channels (email at info@tempramed.com) with your purchase details and a description of the issue. This plan does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Hassle-free Claims
To file a claim, please contact our customer support team via email or phone with your purchase details and a description of the issue. We will respond promptly and guide you through the claims process, making it as simple and hassle-free as possible. No need to fill in any documents to file a claim.

Exclusions & Limitations
The Premium Protection Plan does not cover:
a. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.
b. Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the device.
c. Devices that have been lost or stolen.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel your Premium Protection Plan within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no claims have been made during that time. After 30 days, the plan is non-refundable.

By purchasing the Premium Protection Plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
unfortunately we can’t accept the return of used items .

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
